Title: Network Support Engineer

100% REMOTE

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and troubleshoot backend infrastructure and production environments for customers.
• Perform systems, operating systems, and networking troubleshooting as needed.
• Utilize observability tools to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
• Document troubleshooting procedures and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in a similar role or 8- 10 years for Senior
• Strong understanding of systems, operating systems, and networking concepts.
• Proficiency in using observability tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog
• Experience with Jira for issue tracking and project management.
• Advanced knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu) and basic shell scripting.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and system patching procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
