- Monitor and troubleshoot backend infrastructure and production environments for customers.
- Perform systems, operating systems, and networking troubleshooting as needed.
- Utilize observability tools to identify and resolve issues proactively.

- Document troubleshooting procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role or 8- 10 years for Senior
- Strong understanding of systems, operating systems, and networking concepts.
- Proficiency in using observability tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog
- Experience with Jira for issue tracking and project management.
- Advanced knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu) and basic shell scripting.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and system patching procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
