    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, including insurance agencies, brokerage firms, and financial advisory firms.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for agency partners, addressing inquiries, providing support, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Collaborate with agency partners to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote products and services.
    • Conduct regular meetings and training sessions with agency partners to educate them about product offerings, sales techniques, and industry trends.
    • Monitor and analyze agency performance metrics, such as sales targets, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Identify new business opportunities and potential agency partners, and work to expand the agency network.
    • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and underwriting, to ensure alignment of strategies and initiatives with agency objectives.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in relationship management or sales within the insurance or financial services industry.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry trends.
