- Creation of Design Tech Packs: Experience in creating tech packs and ensuring the smooth transition of creative concepts to manufacturers by meticulously preparing design packs that minimize the need for extensive clarifications.
- Sourcing Pack Completion: Compile comprehensive sourcing packs for fabrics, prints, graphics, and other design elements for upcoming seasons.
- Seasonal Collection Contribution: Contribute to the development of seasonal collections through effective research, focusing on new trends, competitor analysis, and commercial viability.
- Photoshoot Support: Assist in the preparation of photoshoots and participate in them as required, contributing to the visual representation of our designs.
- Supplier Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with suppliers by working directly with them. Clearly communicate research, range plans, tech packs, and development requirements.
- Relevant Fashion Design qualification to degree level or similar
- Proficient use of Adobe Suite (Illustrator and photoshop) and Excel
- Understanding of colour, fabric, and garment construction
- Excellent CAD skills and illustrations
