Business Development Executive .
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, account management, and effective communication with clients.
The role involves identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.QualificationsSelf motivated, go getter, passionate

standardNew Business Development and Lead Generation skills from various key stake holders in building and factories construction sectors - contractors, equipment hiring companies; industrial manufacturing sectors, railwaysExposure in various industries like - selling high value equipment's to luxury hotel industry, Aviation, cement, steel, metal and othersOverall working experience of
4-5 years in sales and business development of high value capital equipmentPerson should be open to work in
new industries like large warehousing industries, influencing and meeting architectsExperience in
business, account management, and effective communicationDemonstrated
ability to build and maintain relationships with clientsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to
work independently - customer face to face meetings however has flexiability to work from home when not on fieldBachelor's degree in Engineering - preferably Mechanical, Electrical or civil
