- Establishing positions data quality, accountability and lineage.
- Developing unified data models across assessment platforms and ensure they meet regulatory and internal Risk & Compliance management requirements.
- Accelerating the adoption of Cloud and Core Engineering solutions.
- Support the development of analytic calculations and data transformations.
- Provide workflow efficiencies through the systemization and automation of review, sign-off, and commenting processes of financial metrics and the associated limits.
- Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that provides exposure to all areas of Finance.
- Build strong relationships with business partners.
- Understand business needs, facilitating and developing process workflow, data requirements, and specifications required to support implementation.
- Develop technical specifications, high level/detailed design, testing strategies, and implementation plans from business requirements.
- Manage end-to-end systems development cycle from requirements analysis, coding, testing, UAT and maintenance.
- Exploring new and emerging technologies as needed by the project.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in software development, including a clear understanding of data. structures, algorithms, software design and core programming concepts.
- Comfortable multi-tasking, managing multiple stakeholders and working as part of a global team.
- Strong client / stakeholder management skills with strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong delivery focus.
- Strong programming experience in at least one compiled language (. C, C++, Java)
- Full Stack Developer with experience working with React.
- In-depth knowledge of relational and columnar SQL databases, including database design
- Experience with industry standard frameworks and tools such as SpringBoot, DropWizard, Maven, Web/RESTful service development, etc.
- Knowledge of ORM frameworks like Hibernate, SpringJPA, etc.
- Experience in ML/Data Science/AWS will be relevant and useful.
- Experience with continuous delivery and deployment.
- Proficient at working with large and complex code bases.
- Sound in object-oriented programming fundamentals

This Analyst Software Engineer role is for a professional who is passionate about digital transformation, increasing operational efficiency through automation, reduce technical debt and develop highly scalable and reliable applications. CF&O divisions have several web applications that generate data that are used for internal Risk & Compliance management and regulatory reporting. Data warehousing, data analytics and machine learning skills will be useful as there is a significant focus on data and reporting.
