    Job Description


    Managing inventory and high availability for specific customers or specific countries in the region.

    Part of a global supply chain organisation in a function that links the regional sales organisation and our factories worldwide.

    Assisting with ad-hoc and ongoing analyses of supply, delivery and customer orders in the region.

    Job Responsibilities



    • Availability Management - "Monitoring of product availability

    Working with Factories at different organizational levels to ensure optimal availability.

    Balancing improvements of delivery service with inventory optimization"

    • Inventory Management - "On a continued basis optimize the inventory levels.

    Inventory controlling. Balancing improvements of delivery service with inventory optimization"

    • Slow Mover Management - Reducing slow moving inventory of finished goods.

    • Planning and Organising - "Providing Analyses for Sales, S&OP, Stock Targets, Facories

    Managing the phase-in and phase-out of products in the region

    Secure seamless material flow in order to create lead-time reductions for customers".


    • Ad hoc - Other tasks as required on the job agreed with a direct Manager.

    Process & Tools handled in the job:

    • Cooperation with Internal sales - Daily, Weekly, Monthly follow-up on Order Management, Regional Root cause and Availability performance.

    • "Support for Sales and Customer Service Support for Factories" - Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports and tasks assigned to support regional sales and customer service.


    • Internet/Intranet - Is used by all in Danfoss, all basic knowledge, portals/SharePoint.

    • MS office - "Excel, PowerPoint, Access used for KPI, analyzing, presentations, etc.

    • SAP/BI/APO - MM and SD modules along with BI (P13) reporting system

    Background & Skills

    • 1-3 Years of experience and Minimum Bachelor's with prior experince in Reporting/Analysing area in Logistics function.
    • Supply Chain Skills (e.g. APICS, CIRM, Six Sigma)
    • SAP/APO, MM and SD module, SAP Queries
    • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
    • Supply Chain Skills (e.g. APICS, CIRM, Six Sigma).
    • SAP/APO, MM and SD module, SAP Queries.
    • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills.
