One of the Largest Broking Houses in India is hiring for Manager/Senior Manager/AVP - Client Activation & Revenues

Responsibilities:

Responsible for activation of online client, retaining existing clients & increase revenue from these clients.

Create an ecosystem for client engagement and communication through the use of digital collaterals & marketing automation system. Ensure well directed client engagement activities to fence these client.

Required to build smart data analytics to understand client investment / trading behaviour & run digital marketing campaigns to meet the above objectives

Promoting financial products by cross selling (MF, Insurance, SIP etc.).

Responsible for New client activation & optimize the client's on-boarding experience on the Online platforms.

Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic campaign to tactical activities.

Promotes and ensures that Digital investments are being maximized and benefits are being delivered to our clients.

Establishes timetables for the development of digital plans and manages expectations on deliverables.

Candidate Desire Profile:

Experience in managing digital activities aimed at client activation and revenue generation

Should have good knowledge of digital communication tools, mechanism and campaign mgmt.

Should have managed a team to support the last mile for offline activation & cross selling of Investment products

Strong data analytical skills to generate meaningful & actionable insights.

Should possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

Should have track record of meeting/exceeding targets. Strong business sense and industry expertise.

Education Qualification:

Minimum Graduate OR

Post Graduate with any stream.
