    KeyResponsibility
    1. Candidatewill be expected to work across the spectrum of Capital Marketservices viz. land monetisation under various structures capitalraising for developers and asset sales for developers/institutions
    2. The Disposition Product is LandOffice Buildings Real Estate that can be redeveloped sourced fromCorporates Banks ARCs Landowners etc.
    3. Thefunding product ranges from LRD Construction Finance StructuredFinance and targets will be primarily Developers and AssetOwners
    4. Handling the entire pitching process toget appointed ranging from sourcing to meetings making pitchpresentations and securing mandates
    5. Handlingthe entire service delivery process to the client post appointmentwith the guidance of the Mumbai Capital MarketsDirector
    6. Generate Client Instructions orMandates for appointment for Disposition of InstitutionalInvestment Grade Real Estate Land and FundRaising
    7. Ensure individual revenue budget ismet.

    EXPERIENCEREQUIRED
    • 6 to 8yrsExpertise in Execution and Business development (Real EstateDevelopers and Institutions)
    • Excellentfinancial modelling presentation and negotiation skills with ademonstrated track record of managing diversestakeholders.
    • Track record in pitching for andwinning Institutional Business
    • Knowledge ofReal Estate andFinancing
