    As aReceptionist/Administration you will be the first point of contactfor our company. Our ideal candidate is expected to have excellentcommunication skills a friendly and professional demeanor and theability to multitask effectively. The Receptionist/Administrationrole involves various administrative tasks to ensure the smoothrunning of dailyoperations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greetand welcome guests as soon as they arrive at theoffice.
    • Directvisitors to the appropriate person andoffice.
    • Answerscreen and forward incoming phonecalls.
    • Ensurereception area is tidy and presentable with all necessarystationery and material (e.g. pens forms andbrochures).
    • Providebasic and accurate information inperson and viaphone/email.
    • Receivesort and distribute dailymail/deliveries.
    • Maintainoffice security by following safety procedures and controllingaccess via the reception desk (monitor logbook issue visitorbadges).
    • Orderfront office supplies and keep inventory ofstock.
    • Updatecalendars and schedulemeetings.
    • Arrangetravel and accommodation and preparevouchers.
    • Keepupdated records of office expenses andcosts.
    • Performother clerical receptionist duties such as filing photocopyingtranscribing andfaxing.


    Requirements

    • Provenwork experience as a Receptionist Front Office Representative orsimilarrole.
    • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Word ExcelOutlook).
    • Handsonexperience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines andprinters).
    • Professionalattitude andappearance.
    • Solidwritten and verbal communicationskills.
    • Abilityto be resourceful and proactive when issuesarise.
    • Excellentorganizationalskills.
    • Multitaskingand timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritizetasks.
    • Customerserviceattitude.
    • Highschool diploma; additional qualifications will be aplus.
