    This is a SAP project delivery-focused role, managing complex SuccessFactors implementation.

    You will be responsible for managing the entire SuccessFactors and SAP HCM projects, working with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliveries for our clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Liaise with top clients and work closely with them to understand their requirements.
    • Involve in data gathering and analysis, project design, and strong project implementation in HCM modules.
    • Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for the area of responsibility.
    • Work on implementation for Singapore clients for SuccessFactors.
    • Collaborate with the regional COE team for various activities.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience in a consulting environment.
    • Active hands-on Techno-Functional experience liaising with HR teams and client-facing roles.
    • Extensive technical and functional skills in all areas of the HCM/SF modules in Singapore's consulting environment across various industries.
    • Certification in at least 2 SuccessFactors modules.
    • Proficiency in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, and Technical & Functional Solution Design.
    • Prior presales experience is an added advantage.
    • Ability to learn and deliver additional modules.
