    Job Title: Freelance Interviewer

    Job Summary

    We are seeking experienced and skilled freelance interviewers to conduct in-depth interviews with everyday consumers across India. The goal of these interviews is to understand their consumption behaviors, motivations, and decision drivers.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct 10 high-quality interviews per week using a structured interview guide provided by our team.
    • Engage with participants from diverse socio-economic and demographic backgrounds.
    • Record each interview in the native/local language (video and audio) ensuring quality, honesty, and natural flow in conversations.

    Requirements

    • Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences, Anthropology, Psychology, or Business.
    • Comfortable speaking with strangers and building quick rapport.
    • Fluent in local language; interviews must be conducted in native tongue.
    • Tech-savvy enough to record and store audio/video files.
    • Strong observational and communication skills.
    • Must be based in your own city/state - this is an on-ground fieldwork role.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Prior experience in qualitative research, ethnographic, or social listening.

    Compensation

    • ₹25,000/month for completing 10 interviews/week.
