We are seeking anexperienced ETL / Datastage Developer to join our dynamic team. Inthis role you will be responsible for designing developing andimplementing efficient extraction transformation and loading (ETL)processes using IBM Datastage. The successful candidate will have astrong background in data integration and a deep understanding ofETL concepts and methodologies.

As an ETL /Datastage Developer you will collaborate with crossfunctional teamsto gather data requirements and develop solutions to meet businessneeds. You will participate in the full software developmentlifecycle from requirements gathering and design to testing andimplementation. You will work with large volumes of data ensuringdata quality and integrity while optimizing performance andscalability.

• Designand develop ETL processes using IBM Datastage to extract transformand load data from various sources into data warehouses and datamarts
• Collaborate with business analysts andstakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them intotechnical designs
• Perform data profiling andanalysis to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Optimize ETL processes for performance andscalability
• Develop and maintain documentationof ETL processes and data mappings
• Implementdata validation and data quality checks to ensure dataaccuracy
• Troubleshoot and resolve ETL jobfailures and performance issues
• Monitor andmaintain ETL jobs and processes to ensure data availability andintegrity

• Bachelors degree in ComputerScience or a related field
• Minimum of X yearsof experience in ETL development using IBM Datastage
• Strong understanding of ETL concepts andmethodologies
• Proficiency in SQL andrelational databases
• Experience with dataprofiling and data quality management
• Solidknowledge of data warehouse design principles and bestpractices
• Familiarity with dimensionalmodeling concepts
• Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills
• Excellent communicationand collaboration skills
• Ability to workindependently and in a team environment
• Experience with data integration tools and technologiesis a plus
• Knowledge of big data technologiesis a plus
