    Job Summary:


    We are looking for a top-notch Senior BDM with a proven track record of selling IT services to enterprise clients.

    The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in driving sales and exceeding revenue targets within the IT services industry. This role will primarily focus on acquiring new business and fostering relationships with key clients in the International Markets


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated geographic regions, targeting companies ranging from 500 to 1000 employees.
    • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets, leveraging market insights and competitive intelligence.
    • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and influencers within target accounts, understanding their business needs and positioning our services as solutions.
    • Solution Selling: Collaborate with technical teams to understand our service offerings thoroughly and effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
    • Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely followup on opportunities.
    • Negotiation and Contracting: Lead negotiations with clients, addressing objections, and closing deals in line with company policies and revenue goals.
    • Market Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
    • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, performance metrics, and market feedback to senior management.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on selling IT services.
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and generating $5 million or more in revenue annually.
    • Deep understanding of the IT services industry, including cloud solutions, cybersecurity, software development, etc.
    • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
    • Strategic thinker with a proactive and resultsoriented approach to sales.
