    Develops andmaintains an agile plan for his teamdeliverablesSets goals for him/herself andhis/her team for all deliveriesManage tasksto ensure timely and effective project completion according to theproject planParticipates in featuredevelopment from concept to design to delivery and drives qualityinto the software applicationEnsures theteam follows all coding guidelines and follows all the softwaredevelopment processesClosely works withclients delivery and testing team and implements ongoing qualityimprovementprocessesSecondary:
