- Responsible for driving HR technology initiatives involving Chatbots, artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotics and others.
- Coordinate with Stakeholders like CIO, Competency team to drive initiatives
- knowledgeable in the basic of technology like AI, ML, Cloud and NLP.
- Maintain and drive automation/process improvements through HR Digitization Processes
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment. They must be able to manage their own workload and prioritize tasks. They must also be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
