    Description
    • Responsible for driving HR technology initiatives involving Chatbots, artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotics and others.
    • Coordinate with Stakeholders like CIO, Competency team to drive initiatives
    • knowledgeable in the basic of technology like AI, ML, Cloud and NLP.
    • Maintain and drive automation/process improvements through HR Digitization Processes
    • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment. They must be able to manage their own workload and prioritize tasks. They must also be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • must be able to stay up to date on industry trends and best practices. They must be able to identify new technologies and techniques that can be used to improve HR operations. They must also be able to develop and implement new systems and processes
