    JOB DescriptionforBIProfile

    ProfileSummary:

    Weare looking for a Team Lead and above who can create andmanage BI and Data Analyticssolutions that turn data into knowledge and is expectedto be responsible for building and visualizing various offerings asrequested by the clients on a regular basis. The individual must bean active contributor towards the overall objective and should beopen to work in any shift (must NIGHT shift now)as per the business requirement.

    One must have abackground in data and business analysis and should bedata analytical and anexcellent communicator along with also have a businessacumen and problemsolving aptitude to enhance business intelligencesystem to help us make betterdecisions.

    EducationalQualification:
    B.Tech / B.E (Computer Science Electronics & Communication) /MCA/ graduate with at least 3 years Computer Diploma Course fromreputed institute.

    PositionRequirements:

    Excellentbusiness communicationand presentation skills

    7 9 years experience with MS BIVisualization skills either in POWER BI or Tableau DB background

    in SQL Server 2012 preferred logisticsand SCM knowledge.

    Experienced in datapreparation data gateway data warehousing projects and proficientin MS SQL.

    Must have knowledge in Power BIreport/dashboard designing formatting andscheduling.

    Exceptional analyticalskills problem solving skills proven ability to provide businessinputs to the

    businesusers.

    Roles andResponsibilities:

    Analysing data setsto find ways to solve problems relating to a businessscustomers

    Using automated tools toextract data from primary and secondarysources

    Removing corrupted data and fixing codingerrors and related problems

    Developing and datasystems reorganizing data in a readable format

    Performing analysis to assess quality andmeaning of data; provide insights tocustomers

    Filter Data by reviewingreports and performance indicators to identify and correct codeproblems

    Using any tools to identifyanalyze and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that

    could be helpful for thediagnosis and prediction

    Assigningnumerical value to essential business functions so that businessperformance can be assessed and compared over periods oftime.

    Analyzing local national and global trendsthat impact both the organization and theindustry

    Preparing reports for themanagement stating trends patterns and predictions using relevantdata

    Working with programmers engineersand management heads to identify process improvement opportunitiespropose system modifications and devise strategies.

    Preparing final analysis reports forthe stakeholders to understand the dataanalysis steps enabling themto take important decisions based on various facts and trends.

    • Mustwork independently collecting the requirements anddeveloping Dashboards as perrequirements.
    • Havinganalytical thinking fortransforming data intoinformative visuals andreports.
