- 5-8 years of relevant experience with a Diploma or 3-5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors in Electronics, Controls, or Mechatronics Engineering. Higher degrees preferred.
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in MS Office toolchain
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven ability to work well within a team environment.
- First-hand experience with PLC and Industrial Computers. Siemens and Delta PLC experience is preferred.
- Programming experience creating, debugging, and maintaining a code base in a manufacturing environment using any of the following languages: C/C++, Ladder Logic, Structured Text, Visual Basic .NET, etc.
- Experience installing and retrofitting PLCs and Industrial Computers on automated industrial machines.
- Working knowledge of electromechanical machines and equipment
- Ability to comprehend electrical and mechanical drawings
- Experienced in industrial robots
- Experienced in Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems
- First-hand experience in system integration and installation in manufacturing environments.
