    Job description

    Daily Schedule Day for each customer and technician group

    CRM Calls Feedback calls with each customer

    Complaint status and weekly mail communication with customer

    Service status weekly basis (Monday to Saturday) submit report on Monday weekly meeting

    Attendance of technician

    Audit Repost marking and support to Operation executive

    Monthly schedule preparation and sharing with technician

    Monthly schedule mail and WhatsApp to route based sites

    Job card original collection (Monthly basis)

    Digital marketing skills

    Coordinating of services with Pan India clients

    Manage and coordinate all aspects of service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and customer service

    Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to customers

    Monitor service requests and assign technicians to appropriate jobs

    Communicate with customers to schedule service appointments and provide updates on service status

    Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and customer interactions

    Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery

    Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field

    Need candidate who is having experience in best serve or best control service industry

    2 to 3 years of experience in service coordination or related field

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

    Customer service orientation

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management

    Microsoft Office Suite
