    Description

    Job Title: HR executive

    Job Summary: The HR Executive is responsible for assisting the Senior HR in all aspects of human resources management. The role involves providing support in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and drafting offer letters.
    • Manage employee onboarding process and paperwork completion.
    • Support the Senior HR in employee relations matters, such as investigating and resolving employee complaints and grievances.
    • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and data in the HR information system.
    • Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.
    • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR management.
    • Manage employee exit process, including conducting exit interviews and processing exit paperwork.
    • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

    Essential Skills and qualification

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
    • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in HR management.
    • Sound knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems.
    • Familiarity with recruitment and HR management software.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
