Must have skills :

• Administration of servers, SAP Business Objects 4.0 Platform, Data Services ETL, Tomcat web servers, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Managed multiple application environments including Dev, QAT, UAT and Production. Support the continuous integration and release process of inhouse, microservicebased cloud environments.
• Review proposals for new product/project architecture and ensure it meets the standards of the Application Operations team. Offer suggestions for best solutions and best practices.
• Understanding of IT Service Management or experience working on/with a helpdesk
