    • Overall management of serviceand coordination among sales and distributionteams
    • Coordination with internal stakeholdersfor smooth processing of transactions
    • Managingbranch administration activities
    • UpsellingMutual Fund products to both retail and HNIclients
    • Responding to customer queries with afocus on customersatisfaction

    CandidateQualifications:
    • Education:Graduate
    • Additional Certifications/Trainings:NISM V A
    • Prior Experience: Minimum 12 years ofexperience in the Mutual Fund or BFSIdomain
    • Domain Knowledge: Strong understandingof mutual fund practices SEBI regulations andcompliance
    • IT Skills: Proficiency inExcel
