    Are you interested to learn, design and develop the tools and equipment's used to bring the innovative design of the wind turbine modules to reality in our factories and the tools used to install in the wind farm? Come join our Tool Engineering team which is part of Engineering department in EBSC. Let's learn, challenge and grow together.

    Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the team through coaching, SMART objective setting, 1:1 meeting, CPD Discussion, etc.
  • Drive results on agreed KPIs with respect to Safety/ Quality/ Delivery and Cost.
  • Create a learning environment where Knowledge sharing is secured.
  • Ensure adequate resources and competence availability to execute the task and projects.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, ensure good working relations and network.
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in Manufacturing/ Production/ Production engineering/ Quality functions in OEM from Heavy industry/ automotive/ energy sectors.
  • Minimum 2 year of previous people management experience (direct reports)
  • Exposure in working in an intercultural environment
  • Competencies

  • Able to strategize, set clear operational goals, follow-up, motivate and develop team members.
  • Good leadership skills and a high level of flexibility.
  • Leading by an example and willing to make the necessary decisions with limited supervision.
  • Proficient in working in a high paced and highly progressive environment.
  • Knowledge of design for manufacturing and preferably insight into wind turbines, e.g. welding processes and material properties.
  • Knowledge of Wind turbines & heavy lifting/ Transportation equipment.
  • Broad Knowledge in Engineering Basics.
  • Leading/ driving cost reduction/ efficiency increase initiatives through standardization, modularization, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Good communication skills to report effectively on the project status at all levels of an organization.
  • Good stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with key members of the value-stream.
