    Job Description:
    We are seeking experienced and passionate Chess Coaches to join our team at our Bangalore offline center.

    As a Chess Coach, you will play a pivotal role in imparting chess skills, strategies, and techniques to our students, fostering their growth and development in the game.


    Responsibilities:

    • Conducting chess classes for students of all ages and skill levels.
    • Providing personalized instruction and feedback to students to enhance their gameplay.
    • Developing and implementing lesson plans tailored to individual and group needs.
    • Organizing and overseeing chess tournaments, events, and workshops.
    • Monitoring student progress and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.
    • Collaborating with the team to continually improve teaching methodologies and curriculum.

    Requirements:

    • Proficiency in chess with a strong understanding of tactics, strategies, and openings.
    • Previous experience in teaching or coaching chess, preferably in a formal setting.
    • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
    • Ability to engage and motivate students of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
    • Passion for chess and a commitment to fostering a love for the game in others.
