    About Role:

    We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join India's fastest growing 24*7 convenience stores.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent planning and hiring across various departments, with a strong focus on coordinating campus placements, recruiting top-tier talent, and liaising with talent recruitment agencies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs across departments.
    • Coordinate and manage campus placement activities, including identifying target campuses, scheduling events, and engaging with students.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create comprehensive job descriptions.
    • Utilize various recruitment channels to attract top-tier talent, including social media, job boards, and talent recruitment agencies.
    • Liaise with talent recruitment agencies to source, shortlist, and select candidates that align with the organization's culture and values.
    • Conduct compensation planning and benchmarking to ensure competitive and attractive compensation packages.
    • Assist in structuring the organization to optimize talent acquisition processes and support growth objectives.
    • Lead candidate outreach efforts, including networking, cold calling, and leveraging professional connections.
    • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and other stages of the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
    • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to onboard new hires effectively and facilitate their integration into the organization.

    Requirements:

    • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
    • 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a lead role.
    • Proven experience in talent planning and hiring across diverse departments.
    • Strong understanding of compensation planning and benchmarking methodologies.
    • Experience in drafting comprehensive job descriptions and conducting candidate reach-outs.
    • Familiarity with organization structuring and its impact on talent acquisition processes.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
    • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite and recruitment software/tools.
