    Position Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a strategic vision for advanced engineering hardware department performance and efficiency.
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of advanced engineering hardware projects.
    • Drive continuous innovation by evaluating and integrating cutting-edge hardware solutions into the R&D projects.
    • Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to stay ahead of the competition.
    • Review and analyze departmental reports to identify areas for improvement with other departments to ensure alignment with company goals.

    Required Experience:

    • In-depth knowledge of hardware design principles.
    • Expertise in embedded systems design and development.
    • Familiarity with microcontrollers, microprocessors, and their programming.
    • Knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, including PCB fabrication and assembly
    • Familiarity with design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for testing (DFT) principle
    • Understanding of power management principles and techniques.
    • Knowledge of hardware testing methodologies and tools.
    • Experience in designing and conducting hardware validation tests to ensure reliability and performance.
    • Familiarity with advancements in hardware, including edge computing, artificial intelligence hardware accelerators, etc.
    • Experience in managing hardware development projects from concept to completion.

    Desired Experience:

    At least 10 years of Exposure/experience to/with development of Electronics Hardware horizontals on automotive application.
