    Description

    Business Strategy :

    • The main task is to create and deliver business development pitches to developers with the assistance of the sales team
    • Developing marketing and sales strategies to ensure achieving targets and increasing revenue for Anarock
    • Building strong relationships with clients (Developers) and their teams
    • Tracking project progress using key metrics and data analysis, identifying issues, and proposing solutions
    • Conducting regular internal and external data-driven reviews using dashboards and presentations
    • Implementing and overseeing the use of Anarock Tech Suite for all projects
    • Providing training to developer teams on utilizing the Anarock dashboard Techsuite
    • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure adherence to processes and utilization of Anarock Tech Suite
    • Collaborating with the central strategy team to manage region-specific or national projects for the Residential business

    Marketing :

    • Responsible for strategizing and executing marketing activities for a set of projects across different locations
    • Developing and implementing marketing & sales strategies, communication plans, and media budgets
    • Establishing relationships with clients (Developers) and external agencies/vendors, briefing creative agencies for campaigns
    • Working closely with digital agencies to plan and monitor campaign performance
    • Exploring new marketing and sales methods to promote projects
    • Organizing corporate events, exhibitions, partnerships, and community activities

    Preferred candidate profile:

    • MBA/MMS in Marketing from a reputed institution
    • Relevant experience: 3-5 years
