- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and identify automation opportunities.
- Design and develop RPA solutions using UiPath and Power Automate to automate repetitive tasks, data entry, and other manual processes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including process design documents, solution architecture, and deployment guides.
- Configure and deploy software robots (bots) to execute automation workflows in production environments.
- Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and reliability of automation solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot automation processes to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, IT operations, and support teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of RPA solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in RPA technologies, particularly UiPath and Power Automate, and leverage them to enhance automation capabilities.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on using RPA solutions effectively.
