RequirementsMust-Haves

• 2+ years of work experience in Webflow Design and Development.
  
• Prior experience in Frontend Development in React or other libraries.
  
• Skilled in translating Figma designs to production-ready Webflow websites.
  
• Experience with Client First, Finsweet Attributes and other integrations/stacks related to the Webflow Ecosystem.
  
• Familiarity in SEO principles.
  
• Experience working on responsive and complex web applications.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  

Good-to-Haves

• Good understanding of user experience and design.
  
• Knowledge of design principles.
  
• Knowledge of analytics and integration of tools such as GTM, Clarity.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining and developing internal projects and company websites.
  
• Working on client requirements in Webflow.
  
• Create and maintain project documentation.
  
• Collaborate with various teams to understand design and development needs.
