Responsibilities
Craft clear concise engaging messaging for our product ensuring alignment with brand voice style guidelines Establish standards tone voice of our product by writing comprehensive best practices guide that can be socialized across the product organization Identify areas improvement language in our product Recommend test validate those changes Align product language marketing language maintaining consistent terminology using clear compelling language resonates audience Review edit content ensure accuracy consistency quality all user touchpoints Manage glossary terms disambiguating synonymous terminology ensuring usage throughout the application Ensure accessibility meets accessibility standards inclusive practices global usability needs Help build trust transparency AI-driven experiences explainable ethical user-friendly ,Qualifications
Bachelors degree English Communications Journalism Technical Writing equivalent practical experience plus Experience working on enterprise B2B products exposure cybersecurity SaaS data-heavy platforms strong plus Familiarity Agentic AI concepts intelligent assistants in-product guidance systems highly desirable Portfolio UX-focused writing samples style guidelines Experience accessibility best practices relation content Passion getting things done right manner across application Comfort ambiguity enjoy figuring out what needs done doing Approach problems curiosity excitement learn grow skills Strong verbal presentation conflict resolution written communicationJob description
