Accounting and Finance Associate
Work location: Hyderabad, WFO
PureCode AI, headquartered in Austin, Texas, is actively looking for a Junior Software Engineer to join our team. We specialize in cutting-edge Computer Vision & Artificial Intelligence technologies and have created a developer tool that instantly converts design images into fully functional, ready to use, ReactJS code. Additionally, we are advancing front-end software development by using AI models to generate UI components for engineers, resulting in significant time savings and reduced manual work.
Description:
Job Responsibilities:
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Track and monitor accounts payable
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. Cash flow modeling with excel is required
• Assist with reviewing of vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, food bills, IT Asset expenses, FnF settlements and payroll records etc. as assigned
• ensure that the company complies with financial regulations and tax laws, helping to prevent legal issues
• Act as a liaison for vendors to reconcile any billing discrepancies
• Monitor and track company expenses, helping management make informed budgeting and cost control decisions.
• Report directly to US leadership
• Update financial data in a timely manner and ensure that information is accurate
• React in a timely manner if the information is not accurate
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
· 2+yrs related experience is required
· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
· Excellent organizing abilities
· Great attention to detail
· Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
· Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
· Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with Accounting computer software
