Job DetailsSr. Manager- Process Excellence and Governance-Mumbai
Prepare detailed SOPs for all BOL channels processesIdentify and execute projects by coordinating with multiple stakeholdersOwn the entire payment to issuance journey for Buy-online channels customers.
This will include coordinating with Underwriting and Operations team, measuring operational efficiency for the channel, identifying gaps in the process, and executing steps to fill the process gapsLead and mentor a team to ensure deliveryConduct internal audits to check for any potential breach in the channelTo be the singular point of contact for customer escalations.
Will ensure appropriate RCA for the same is done
