It caters the intricate global needs with an installed capacity of 50,000 TPA with in house anodising and powder coating & FABRICATION facilities.

Job Purpose:

Job responsibility to Develop the fabrication Process or Machining tools.

Responsibilities:

Understanding the drawings with tolerances.

Developing new products as per customer requirement

Following tools as per fabrication requirement

Making Quotes for the new products and co-ordinate with the marketing team

Training the team after developing the new product for mass production

Making FAI Samples & PPAP sample for getting approval from customer

Studying the process for improving productivity and smooth prodution

Suggest different types of tools to increase productivity
