    Associate:

    1 - 2 Months of experience in US Healthcare and in Benefit Configuration - Benefit coding / Auto Adjudication Set up processes.

    Working Experience with Facets will be preferred

    Ability to complete the assigned tasks on time, Understand the SLAs and ensure they are met.

    Ability to coordinate with the Leads and Onshore in work prioritization and able to track and report self work.

    Good Analytical and problem-solving skills

    Excellent US Healthcare knowledge in Benefits coding and validation

    Excellent communication skills and experience in working with US clients directly

    Quality & Trainer :-

    Excellent communication skills with minimum 1 year in training role in payor domain

    Experience in US Healthcare Payor operation.

    3-5 year overall experience in US healthcare plans handling BIM and facets configuration process.

    Familiarity with healthcare policies, regulations, and compliance requirements, such as HIPAA and ACA.

    Proficiency in different types of health insurance plans, including HMOs, PPOs, and government-sponsored programs like Medicare and Medicaid.

    Ability to coach the team on new updates on client policies

    Ability to achieve good training thoughput

    Comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment

    Stay updated with the new trends

    Team Lead :-

    Good people management skill with experience of handling minimum of 60 employees

    Experience in US Healthcare Payor operation.

    Experience in claim adjudication/ Payment integrity/Enrollment

    Good in handling 2nd level escalation calls

    5-7 years of experience in managing teams as Sr. team leader/ Team Manager. Advanced knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel MS Power Point

    Ability to operate in a rapidly changing environment with a sense of urgency, and to develop and deploy changes positively

    Demonstrated analysis and problem solving abilities

    Strong organizational and time management skills

    The ability to multitask and self-manage workday is crucial

    Excellent interpersonal skills; team oriented and strong consensus building
