DGM Finance Responsibilities:
- Ensure that anappropriate financial policy framework is in place to guideCompanys financial decisionmaking particularly in relation to Fundsdeployment drafting financial statements such as P&L and B/Ssfinancial ratios and income streams.
- Ensurethe appropriateness of the key assumptions included in theorganizations strategic plans and annual budget proposals. Provideadvice to senior management on these matters.
- Work closely with the Leadership Team advising them onthe likely financial consequences of all proposed courses ofaction.
- Act as a member of project managementteams whenever necessary.
- Ensure that the service metrics and deliverables are metconsistently.
- Ensure that the daily weekly andmonthly dashboards are prepared to track performance of all theFinance & Accounting Processes.
- ImplementBusiness Performance Trend Analysis.
- Reviewthe existing EDP systems and make recommendations for upgradations(if necessary).
