Job description :

- Should have a good understanding of the Identity and Access Management platform framework and functions.

- Should have a good understanding of Microsoft Azure Active Directory and its Features & Functions like AAD SSO, AAD MFA, AAD B2B, AAD B2C, PIM, RBAC, Conditional Access, SSPR, AIP, Azure AD Application Proxy, Cloud App Security, Azure RMS

- Should have a good understanding and knowledge on Hybrid Cloud concepts for Microsoft Identity and Access Management

Primary Skills :

- Windows Active Directory.

- Microsoft Azure AD.

- Microsoft ADFS.

Secondary Skills :

- Communication skills, with both verbal and written in English.

- Should have good knowledge of ITIL Process.

Responsibilities :

Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions within the Active Directory domain.

Implement and enforce Active Directory security best practices.

Troubleshoot Active Directory related issues and diagnose problems.

Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.

Maintain Active Directory replication and ensure data integrity.

Assist with user onboarding, offboarding, and password resets.

Configure Group Policies to manage user desktops and network settings.

Monitor Active Directory health and performance.

Stay up-to-date on the latest Active Directory features and technologies.

May document Active Directory processes and procedures.
