    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly experienced and driven individual to join our team as the Real Estate Sales Head. As the Sales Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales operations of our real estate business. This is a senior-level position that requires a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. The role is based in Rohini, Delhi, India and is a full-time position.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record in sales
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills
    • Strong knowledge of the real estate market and commercial sales
    • Experience in selling commercial properties
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
    • Knowledge of channel sales and effective sales strategies
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
    • Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
