Key Responsibilities:

Provide visionary leadership to promote the school's mission, vision, and values.

Oversee the implementation of the Cambridge curriculum, ensuring alignment with educational standards and best practices.

Lead the recruitment, training, and evaluation of teaching and administrative staff.
