reporting around all demands status in terms offulfillment challenges if any Activelyparticipate in practice initiatives like contributing to differentCOEs and provide inputs to L&C Facilitate rotation of associates across different projects/accounts and locationsRequiredSkills Minimum 4 years of ITexperience in a staffing role for skills in Data and will beresponsible for managing complete staffing needs/ fulfillment Posses excellent Analytical MS Officeskills like PPT Excel Word Ability andpassion to work in a very fast growingpractice Excellent written and oralcommunication skills Good interpersonal andplanning skills StakeholderManagement
