Summary of the Job Description:

As a Flutter Developer at ThePilot, you will create, improve, and maintain our mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and integrate APIs, enhance app functionality, and ensure a smooth user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Flutter Development: Develop high-quality, responsive mobile applications using Flutter. Implement new features, improvements, and user interfaces in Flutter, ensuring performance and scalability. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Node.js and API Integration: Work with Node.js to develop, modify, and manage server-side logic. Integrate and optimize RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to backend services. Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure seamless data flow between the mobile app and backend servers.
App Store and Play Store Management: Publish, maintain, and update mobile applications on the App Store and Google Play Store. Ensure compliance with App Store and Play Store guidelines and resolve any related issues. Monitor app analytics, crash reports, and user feedback to continuously improve the app's performance.
Collaboration and Project Management: Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality mobile applications on schedule.

Technical Skills Required

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Flutter development.
Proficiency in Dart and strong experience in building complex Flutter applications.
Solid understanding of Node.js, with at least 2 years of experience working on backend logic and API development.
Strong grasp of RESTful APIs and experience in seamless API integration within mobile applications.
Experience in handling app publishing, updates, and maintenance on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Familiarity with Firebase, GraphQL, and third-party API integrations is a plus.
