    JobDescription RoleObjectiveRunning/Setup physical stores that are integrated with the onlinechannel (that is already inplace)enhancing theefficiency and scalability through omnichannel transformation byintelligent useofdata.
    Setup & contribute to the offline distribution expansionprocesses and create plans at thestrategicandoperational levels.

    Provide buyers (or potential buyers) with a seamless experiencewhether theyre buying in abrickandmortarstore or online from a desktop or mobiledevice.
    RoleResponsibilitiesSet up channel partners like distributors and continuously engagewith them to grow thebusiness.

    Furtherformulate & implement a distribution model with increasedfocus on cost optimizationandefficiency.
    Involve in the strategic management anddecisionmaking process after the detailed marketanalysisfor thebusiness expansion.

    Negotiate and finalize business deals including lease agreements atthe most beneficialcommercialtermsFormulate pricing policies by reviewingmerchandise activities determining additionalsalespromotionauthorization stock clearance and studying trends within theallocated budget.

    Market merchandise by studying advertisingsales promotions display plans analyzingoperatingandfinancial statements for profitabilityratios. Liaise withvarious teams including supply chain customer success and financeto ensure rangeandstock levels areconsistent with businessrequirements.
    Undertake store evaluation process by analyzing new retaillocations and recommendingviableoptionsaccording to the distributionstrategy.
    Developing strategies on brand tie up and BTL activities visaviscompetition / distributor insameline ofproducts.
    Be the voice of the field / Feet on thestreet sales team. Recommend product lines byidentifyingnewproduct opportunities surveying customer needs trends and trackingcompetitors.

    WorkExperience15years of work experience in similarprofile.

    Knowledge/SkillsCoreexpertise in offline retail (ideally in an early growth story phaseof theorganization).Shouldhave handled a diverse & distributed fieldsalesforce.
    Highlevel of ownership willingness to set up things from scratch highemotionalintelligence.
    Strongsense of personal ownership and bias foraction.
    ExcellentcommunicationskillsStrong PeoplemanagementskillsStrongbusiness acumen with good understanding ofoverallFinance&operations
