    Job Overview

    VCATCH is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Tele Sales Representative. As a Tele Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales deals over the phone. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, with the opportunity for growth and development. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in tele sales.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience in tele sales or a similar role
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
    • Ability to work well in a team
    • Self-motivated and target-driven
    • Proficient in using CRM software
    • Good knowledge of sales techniques and principles
    • Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally
    • Flexible to work in shifts

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Generate sales leads by cold-calling potential customers and identifying their needs
    • Contact and follow up with prospective customers through outbound calls
    • Present and promote our products/services to potential customers
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
    • Achieve sales targets and quotas
    • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system
