    The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial systems, trade finance processes, and international payment mechanisms.

    This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to drive product development from conception through to market delivery, ensuring that our solutions meet the evolving needs of global trade and finance.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Product Strategy & Vision:

    • Develop and articulate the product vision and strategy for trade finance and crossborder payment solutions.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
    • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objective

    Product Development:

    • Work with crossfunctional teams to design, develop, and launch trade finance and crossborder payment products.
    • Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and other teams to ensure product specifications and requirements are met.
    • Create detailed product roadmaps and manage the product lifecycle from inception to delivery and beyond

    Stakeholder Management:

    • Engage with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather requirements and feedback.
    • Communicate product plans, progress, and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
    • Act as a product evangelist, promoting the product both internally and externally.

    Market & Customer Insights:

    • Analyze market trends and customer data to inform product development and positioning.
    • Conduct user research and gather feedback to ensure products address realworld needs and challenges.
    • Stay current with industry regulations, compliance requirements, and emerging technologies relevant to trade finance and crossborder payments.

    Performance Tracking & Optimization:

    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure product performance against these metrics.
    • Use datadriven insights to identify opportunities for product improvement and optimization.
    • Implement strategies to enhance product adoption and customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

    Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on trade finance, crossborder payments, or related financial systems.
    • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing financial products or systems.
    • Strong understanding of trade finance processes (e.g., letters of credit, trade credit insurance) and crossborder payment mechanisms (e.g., SWIFT, blockchain).

    Skills:

    • Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in trade finance and payments.
