    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Whatsapp, SMS, Email, Push Notifications, etc., to drive customer engagement and acquisition
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess efficacy and ROI
    • Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign elements such as messaging, timing, and segmentation
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives
    • Utilize data analytics tools to extract and analyze customer data, derive actionable insights, and inform marketing strategies
    • Continuously track industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to drive innovation and optimization
    • Work closely with creative and content teams to develop compelling marketing materials and messaging
    • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.
    • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
    • Experience conducting A/B testing and optimizing campaign performance

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
    • 2-4 years of experience in marketing or a similar role, with a focus on digital marketing and campaign management.
    • Experience in digital marketing or data analytics
    • Familiarity with customer segmentation techniques and targeting strategies
    • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
