- Attend walk-ins and handling client interactions over phone & email, customer query in terms of the queries related to short-stay i.e. Tourist Visa, Business Visa and Family/Friend Visit Visa for Schengen countries, UK, Canada, Australia, NZ, USA.
- Provide professional Guidance in Counseling, Registration, Visa Appointments and evaluating the eligibility of the prospect ensuring zero client dissatisfaction.
- Be responsible for all aspects and stages of each case, ensuring positive outcomes are achieved while delivering an exceptional level of client service.
- Review ongoing cases and new legislation and accordingly advice clients.
- Must have a minimum of 1-year work experience in client handling, Lodging Visa Application, Tracking the progress & process of Tourist Visa, Business Visa and Family/Friend Visit Visa applications for different countries.
- Capable of preparing MIS reports as required by Management.
