    Job Description :

    We are seeking an experienced Application Support Lead to join our dynamic team.

    The successful candidate will lead a team of application support specialists and play a critical role in ensuring the stability and performance of our applications.

    The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in application support, with a strong background in API management and logs checking.

    Responsibilities :

    Lead a team of application support specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.

    Ensure the timely resolution of application-related issues, escalating where necessary to meet SLAs.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to drive continuous improvement in application stability and performance.

    Manage incidents and outages, coordinating response efforts and facilitating communication with stakeholders.

    Develop and maintain documentation for application support processes, troubleshooting procedures, and knowledge base articles.

    Perform regular checks on application logs, identifying and resolving issues to maintain system integrity and security.

    Monitor API usage and performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.

    Act as a subject matter expert for application support, providing guidance and assistance to team members and stakeholders.

    Requirements :

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

    5-7 years of experience in application support, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.

    Strong experience in API management, including API monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization
