    Trade Marketing Manager

    Plan quarterly & monthly big bets for Modern Trade & ECom channels and accordingly build the activation inputs & plans by key accounts

    • Support Alternate Channel Head in the timely and effective rollout of activation inputs
    • Collaborate with Ecom, Modern Trade Channel Heads and Key Account Managers to drive business objectives in their accounts
    • Strategize and own annual visibility, promotion and activation budgets for all Modern Trade and Ecom accounts
    • Conceptualize possible activation plans to drive traffic, conversion, and sales on all ecommerce and quickcom platforms
    • Plan, execute & monitor highperforming AMS (Amazon Advertising) & Flipkart PLA/PCA campaigns by coordinating with external digital marketing agency
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns with an objective to maximise ROI & optimize spends
    • Analyse insights from tools like Amazon Pi to help business teams to drive higher revenues, acquire new customers, increase basket size, drive repeat purchase, etc.
    • Stay uptodate with the latest trends & tools in Ecom marketing, incorporate bestinclass global practices by coordinating with Digital Centre of Expertise (DCoE)
    • Develop and execute a compelling content marketing strategy to enhance platform hygiene in Ecom
    • Strategize and manage brand visibility in Modern Trade channel through detailed instore planning, PointofBuying (POB) execution and robust tracking
    • Coordinate with MT team for Merchandise elements' design, development & deployment. Lead vendor development for MT merchandising units.
    • Develop trackers and metrics to record visibility/activation plans and conduct ROI analysis
    • Streamline Modern Trade business processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing sustainable, scalable solutions.
    • Create and rollout a detailed playbook for successful NPD Launch in Ecom, QuickCom and Modern Trade
    • Analyze Ecom/MT market trends, consumer behavior & competitor activities to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and potential threats
    • Maintain financial hygiene by ensuring regular media payments to customers and vendors.
