- Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization techniques for existing websites.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting (Good Excel skills)
- Analyze and optimize conversion rates based on customer behavior.
- Good English - written, verbal, and presentation skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail.
- Have a good understanding of the key on page metrics to track that impact conversions.
- Be a proactive self-starter with strong task prioritisation & project management skills.
- Strength in collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management, operations, sales and marketing.
- Understanding on Conversion Rate Optimization and ongoing trends.
- Has a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent degree.
- Working knowledge of CRO tools like Clarity , Hotjar , Pagesense, Google analytics, Google tag manager would be a plus.
