• We at Navi Mumbai International Airport looking for Lead Building Approvals. The role is part of Planning & Design team. You will be responsible for Liaisoning with MMRDA/MCGM/CIDCO and other statutory agencies to get Building and Infrastructure Development Approvals for NMIAL.
• Building and Infrastructure Development Approvals for NMIAL
• Provide explanations and applicable Government Resolution (GR), statutory circulars etc. during the formulation of concept level design to NMIAL Team, Design Architect/ External consultant, furnish detailed summary of approval fee such as scrutiny/development fees and other statutory charges for project budgeting.
• Provide inputs for formulation of municipal drawing and valid documents required for proposal /application to CIDCO for Development Permission u/s 44 /69 Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act 1966 (M.R. & T.P.).
• Coordination with Local Authorities for Building and Infrastructure Development Approvals, Remarks/ NOC (Fire, AAI Height, Tree & Services etc.) at each stage for plinth C.C., post plinth & O.C.
• Coordination for Approval of Stakeholder Projects (AAI, CISF, BCAS, MMRCL and P&T) for Airport Development.
• Site inspection before construction, during construction, & after completion as required by Stakeholder, Contractors, External consultant /Design Team and Statutory bodies to give clarification related to approvals & construction on site.
• You should be a B.E/B.Tech with Civil engineering as a specialization , and you should have 20 to 25 years overall experience with 15 years relevant experience
• Very strong on liaisoning with all external stake holders
