Roles and ResponsibilitiesDrive recruitment by effective source mix, within defined budget, SLA, and quality parameters in the allocated geography.
Build talent pool by developing alternate sourcing channels like, college Campus, Government skill development agencies, employment, exchanges etc.

Manage all recruitment related compliances including background, verification, negotiation audit responsesWork on the specific project requirements as per the given timelineRegular analysis of recruitment dashboards & analytics to ensure, completion within SLADrive recruitment of identified Critical positions on priority at, respective areaManage Geography stakeholders in order to ensure timely closure of, requirements in their respective verticalsEnsure proper engagement of candidates during pre-onboarding phase, for better employee experience.
