    Key Responsibilities:

    • Overseeing current network expansion and client management efforts.
    • Crafting and implementing business strategies and plans for sustainable growth.
    • Leading business development initiatives to drive revenue and expand market presence.
    • Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and standards, particularly in waste management and circular economy practices.

    Role Summary:
    As an Assistant General Manager overseeing Key Accounts, you will be tasked with:

    • Managing business development and key account management teams.
    • Cultivating a deep understanding of company offerings to identify lucrative business opportunities.
    • Monitoring and maintaining the business development funnel.
    • Prioritizing prospective clients based on strategic guidelines.
    • Driving shortterm and longterm revenue growth by acquiring and retaining clients.
    • Planning and directing the organization's business development policies and objectives.
    • Exploring new market initiatives and analyzing business opportunities.
    • Conducting or overseeing internal compliance investigations.
    • Ensuring employees are wellinformed and trained on regulatory matters and industry practices.
    • Enforcing internal and client standard operating procedures to prevent crises and compliance breaches.
    • Assisting clients with external audits as required.
    • Ensuring accurate and timely submission of compliance reports.
    • Communicating compliance updates promptly to clients.
    • Conducting management reviews and reporting as needed.

    Behavioral Skills Required:

    • Proficiency in soft skills including communication, team management, client negotiations, and client relationship management.

    Candidate Requirements:

    • Preferred 1520 years of experience in service or related industries with a focus on environmental compliance.
    • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
    • Exceptional leadership and management capabilities.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
    • Master's degree in business management, environmental studies, environmental engineering, waste management, or environmental compliance.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Professional demeanor suitable for client meetings and willingness to travel outstation as needed.
